Terms of Service

Idea Technologies and affiliates i.e. Reputation Store services can include creation of Website content, Portal Websites, Blog articles, Search Engine Submissions for and Web site optimization services. These terms and conditions in the Product Approval Agreement apply to the approval of work performed.

By agreeing to this document, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Product Approval Agreement. If you do not comply and/or continue to comply with the Product Approval Agreement, the mentioned companies may terminate your right to access your supplied products.

Product Approval

Idea Technologies and affiliates i.e. Reputation Store have produced one or more of the following for you that may include: Website content, Portal Websites, Blog articles, Search Engine Submissions for and Web site optimization services.

You, our client, MUST approve the web design work, website content or any other products we have produced for you BEFORE we can submit this content to the search engines on your behalf by signing the Product Approval Agreement.

You, our client understands that it may take up to 10 business days to receive your first article for approval once we have recieved your information from our 'Welcome Letter'.

You, our client must provide a cleared payment for your monthly services within 5 days of each due date from the monthly anniversary date of your package or service of which you subscribe to.

You, our client may cancel your subscription at any time 10 days prior to your monthly subscription due date by emailing support@reputationstore.com or calling 330.409.1166.  If you cancel your subscription within the 10 days prior to your monthly subscription due date, there is a $15 processing fee.

You, our client is responsible for supplying us a reliable form of communication, which includes a valid email address and a phone number for communication purposes.  You are also responsible for monitoring your email for communications from Reputation Store and will not hold Reputation Store responsible for emails being blocked, held or otherwise rerouted by your email system or filtering system.

You, our client agrees that the work performed by Idea Technologies and affiliates i.e. Reputation Store is hereby 100% satisfactory and will additionally grant approval to submit the Website content, Portal Websites, Blog articles to the search engines. You also agree that no company can guarantee 100% accurately where a given website, Blog or article will exactly be placed/ranked in the search engine index. You agree that the company from where I purchased these services does not own the search engines and also do not have ultimate control over what will rank or what will not rank. I also acknowledge that I agreed to all terms and services on the provided website where I purchased the services from. Finally, once the package is purchased you have 24 hours to cancel  the services and once work performed and has been submitted to the search engines that all work is final and you are not eligible to any refund.
